Add one hydrate to a big glass or bottle of water and you’ve got instant, all-natural, vibrant, and fun tasting flavor you can finally get excited about drinking! As with all Trim Healthy products, we’ve got you and your family’s weight and health in mind. Directions for use: Add one hydrate stick OR one tablespoon hydrate bulk mix to a big glass or bottle of water. For a full quart, add 1/4 cup hydrate bulk mix. Adjust as desired.
As is, this product is an FP per serving. Adding additional ingredients may change the fuel of your prepared treats.

I just tried these drinks yesterday for the first time and I love the orange. Actually I added a half of a packet to my soda stream water I make at home and it’s like drinking pop again.
Iam a recovering Mountain Dew addict and I have not had a Mountain Dew since December of 2015. If you google Mountain Dew is actually banned in Japan and the European Union.
I have one of these first thing in the morning and I am ready to hit the floor running but yet if I drink it at night before going to bed I go right to sleep.
I love love these drinks.

I’ve struggled with a Mountain Dew addiction since the Marine Corps. It’s not the sugar or the caffeine, it’s the tartness I crave. I’ve tried every sugar free/no artificial sweetener water additive out there and none of them satisfied that tartness and most had a sweetener after taste. I bought the variety pack to try, so far they are wonderful!!! I love the orange and pina colada. The cherry was good. I haven’t tried the lemon yet. Please do not stop making these!!! I am now 19 days clean from MD.

I bought these with high expectations, but they were way too sweet for me. I solved the problem by adding about 1T or more of lime juice or lemon juice to my drink and adding more water. I don’t usually drink soda, so maybe that is why they seem so sweet.
